The technician will advise whether to affect servicing at the site or at the service center.

Services of the product shall be On-site for out of warranty, wherein technician will visit the customer place & do the required servicing & rectification.

Service center will not cover any responsibility for damage or loss arising out of mishandling or incurred during transit.

Transportation charges are extra for pick-up and drop of the product from and to the customer premises.

The warranty is applicable for a period of 12 months from the date of Invoice

We reserves the right to alter/change the labour charges at any point of time without prior notice.

Extended Warranty Services are only available on selected products

Upon cancellation of any servicing, the Home service fee charge will not be refunded.

If customer needs to reschedule an appointment, he/she must a call minimum of 30 minutes before the appointed window.
